Business Office Manager (Memphis TN)
We are seeking an experienced Business Office Manager (BOM) for our Glenmary community in Memphis, TN which is a gated high-rise building with 52 ALF apts and 109 ILF apts.
This position is responsible for maintaining financial records including the preparation, submission, and monitoring of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll services. Consistent and seamless collaboration with the Executive Director and the Regional Business Office Operations is required.
The successful candidate must demonstrate and maintain excellent communication skills, ability to work well with people, ability to function in a business/healthcare environment with multiple interruptions, orientation to detail, departmental technology/computer literacy and proficiency. Expertise is required with office and accounting procedures.
Typical workweek is M-F and available 1 weekend a month. We offer a competitive base salary and benefits.
